By accessing or using momtest.io ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

momtest.io provides a platform for generating bias-free customer discovery questions based on The Mom Test methodology, collecting feedback from respondents, and viewing validation insights. The Service includes free and paid feedback cards, Public threads (public feed), and optional user accounts.

3. Account and Registration

You may use the Service without an account for limited features. To access private links, a dashboard, and paid features, you must create an account by signing in with email or Google. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or other accounts
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without permission
  • Transmit malware, spam, or other harmful content

5. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you create (ideas, questions, feedback). By submitting content, you grant us a license to store, display, and process it to provide the Service. Our Service, including its design, features, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Paid Features

Paid feedback cards may offer prizes or incentives. We are not responsible for prize fulfillment beyond what we explicitly commit to. Target response counts and prize eligibility are subject to the terms displayed at the time of creation.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR THE ACCURACY OF FEEDBACK OR VALIDATION SCORES.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
